Background checks, trip insurance, and live GPS are non-negotiable — here is what that looks like in practice.
Every HERE TRANSPORT driver completes identity verification and a background check before the first trip. Vehicles are inspected against a published checklist, and insurance covers every booked ride.
Live GPS tracking is visible to riders from dispatch to drop-off. Share-trip links let friends or family follow the same route in real time.
After each trip, ratings flow both ways. Drivers who fall below our safety threshold lose access to the platform until the issue is reviewed and resolved.
